HI, I’M MARK

And my mission is to build a long-term sustainable team that makes ambitious plans and makes the impossible possible. The first objective is to break the 4-person and overall world record on the Atlantic Ocean during The World’s Toughest Row.

I know this is a challenging mission, but I am determined to achieve it. I have put together a team of four people who are all driven and know each other well. We train hard and prepare for whatever may come our way.

I believe it is important to have a close team if you want to achieve something impossible. We spend a lot of time together, both on and off the water. We eat together, travel together, and share our experiences with each other. By sharing these experiences together, we build a strong bond.

I firmly believe that life is short and that we want to leave a mark on this planet. Setting a world record is only the first objective. We have many other plans for the future.

I’m curious to see what the future holds, but I’m determined to complete my mission. I want to show that together we can make the impossible possible.

Sailed from Australia to the Netherlands with my dog Sam.

Solo non-stop rondreis around the world in 205 days

Sailing from the Netherlands to New Zealand.
